DIGITAL PRODUCTS SHIPPING

Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered by email within minutes through Book Funnel. If you have not received a link within 20 minutes, check your spam folder.

Print books are printed individually to order and shipped through Bookvault, from the UK.

PRINT PHYSICAL BOOKS

Print books are printed individually to order and shipped through BOOKVAULT from the UK, or from the US for some formats. It usually takes 7-10 working days in the UK, and 10-15 working days in the US and elsewhere. You can track the shipping with the link in your order if this facility is available and applies to your purchase. 

FOR BOOKVAULT:

For shipments to the UK

We use Royal Mail, FedEx & UPS - when you are placing an order on Book Vault, and input your addresses, the relevant services and costs will be indicated. 

  • For anything in the UK & ROW we aim to print and dispatch the order within 3 working days, then depending on the delivery method chosen at checkout. For anything in the US, the time to dispatch would be between 5-7 working days and then deli

  • The US production timescale would be between 5-7 working days and then delivery would be with UPS or USPS which can vary state by state from the origin which would be Ohio. NOT YET AVAILABLE

FOR EUROPE 

10-15 days as stated above.

How does your USPS consolidator service work?

We work with a US consolidator service to reduce the time and shipping costs associated with sending to the US. 

How it works:

  • Your book will be produced in the UK, once it has been dispatched on Bookvault - we will label and package your order in a large box with other consignments. 
  • It will then be transported to the consolidator facility in the UK, this is sent on a next working day courier service
  • It is then processed at this facility, and shipped over to their US facility
  • The US consolidator facility will then inject this into the United States Postal Service (USPS), and will carry on its journey with the postal service
  • At this point that the tracking number will update with shipment activity 

PLEASE NOTE : The tracking number that is produced on Bookvault will not update until it reaches the US facility, so there may be a few days where it has been dispatched on Bookvault and no update on the tracking. Please note, that because the quality of the paper required for Picture books, at the moment, all children's books are printed from the UK.

This may change in the future as I test the quality of the picture books printed through the US facility. I will update this notice if US printing becomes available.

SPOD

Is a Print-On-Demand company that prides itself on shipping on average 95% of their orders anywhere in the world within 48 hours. 

Please be aware that large orders (>10 items per order) may, however, require a longer production time and are best put in with a few days to spare. 

Shipping price is based solely upon order value, and there are no hidden fees. These are added at check out once you enter your address.
